Personal Injury — Car Crash

A car accident can happen at any time and can have a tremendous impact on your life. Even in a simple fender bender, you suffer back and neck injuries that have lasting adverse effects. No matter how minor the accident, your injuries can later end up causing aggravated pain and medical costs. Christopher R. Schwartz has helped dozens of Louisianans who have been involved in a car accident get full compensation for their injuries.

The insurance adjuster has offered to settle and s/he said I don’t need a lawyer. Is this true?
Not necessarily. It is in your best interest at least to get a free initial consultation from a lawyer to find out if the adjuster’s offer is a fair one. Remember, the adjuster works for the insurance company, whose goal is to minimize the payout to you. A lawyer will work for you to maximize the compensation you receive for your damages.
